The course will provide you with knowledge, skills, mindset, strategies, and confidence so you can:

  • Understand the vicious cycle of anxiety, your triggers and why you get stuck in this cycle.
  • Use mind-body relaxation, defusing and self-regulation techniques.
  • Interrupt worst-case scenario on the spot and prevent anxiety cycles.
  • Manage and reduce overall apprehension.
  • Learn self-care life strategies to reduce stress, achieve calmness, positive mindset and resilience.

Course Structure and Content

3 (video) support, coaching and guidance Sessions accommodate your personal time with me when we can explore your circumstances, experience of anxiety, it’s roots and triggers.

10 short, graphic, easy-to-digest self-learning Modules let you understand the mechanism and cycle of anxiety.  You can go through the modules at your own time and pace.

14 Awareness Activities help you crucially improve self-awareness, work out suitable coping strategies and create your action plan for stress and anxiety control.

You will learn and practice mind-body relaxation techniques. They are very effective for tension, stress and anxiety relief.
